Microwave Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 onion, diced
    1 small jar mushrooms, sliced
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) tub French onion dip
    cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes until tender.
    In frying pan, saute onions in margarine; add mushroom slices.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop out potato leaving the shell.
    You'll need this later.
