Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. oleo
    10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. rice (Minute)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. celery flakes
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour; brown in oleo.
    Remove chicken; stir in butter, soup water and seasonings.
    Bring to boil.
    Spread uncooked rice into shallow baking dish.
    Pour all but 1/3 cup of mixture over rice.
    Add chicken and the rest of mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
