Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 large bottle Italian salad dressing
    1 small jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Place chicken in casserole dish.
    Add Italian dressing and marinate for 8 hours in refrigerator.
    Remove chicken; add apricot preserves to Italian dressing (that was used as marinade).
    Return chicken to marinade mixture and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Good served with rice.
