Marinated Vegie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cauliflower
    4 c. broccoli
    2 medium zucchini
    2 bell peppers (red ones make it pretty)
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 can pitted olives
    1/4 c. finely minced onion
    1/2 c. wine vinegar and 1/2 c. rice vinegar (or may use 1 c. vinegar)
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 gloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut up vegies into bite size pieces.
    Mix up dressing and pour over the vegetables.
    Marinate the vegies overnight, stirring often.
