Gourmet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (3/4-inch) chops
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. cooked wild rice
    1/3 c. 20% cream or sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Brown chops in fat over medium
    heat at 325\u00b0.
    Season with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Remove
    chops
    and
    saute
    mushrooms,
    celery and onions in butter
    over
    medium heat at 250\u00b0 until tender.
    Add bouillon cubes; crush
    and stir to dissolve.
    Add cooked rice, cream and remaining
    1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Place rice mixture in 11 x 7-inch baking
    dish, arranging chops on top.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
