Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 onions.
Pour into 1-quart greased casserole dish.
Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Then top casserole with remaining cheese and onion.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
