Honey Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 large egg (whole)
2 egg whites
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. finely grated carrots
1/3 c. raisins or nuts
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat egg and egg whites until light and frothy.
Beat in honey, butter and vanilla.
