Fresh Fish Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 trout (or whatever the fisherman caught) for each person
    1 lemon, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place a slice of onion, lemon and butter in the body cavity of each fish.
    Salt and pepper.
    Fold tightly in foil
    and cook over coals, about 10 minutes on each side (longer cooking time for larger fish).
