Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (7 oz.) cans whole chilies
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

Layer chilies and part of cheese in a 9 x 13-inch buttered glass dish.
Beat other ingredients together and pour over the chilies.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
