Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
1 can celery soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 lb. sliced turkey (leftover)
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sliced black olives
Preparation

Break spaghetti into 2-inch pieces.
Cook according to package directions. Rinse with hot water.
Combine soup and milk in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Add spaghetti, all but 2/3 cup cheese, turkey, mushrooms, onion, salt, pepper, pimento and black olives.
Toss gently.
Pour mixture into lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake until cheese melts.
