Micro-Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    2 c. skimmed milk
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, combine 3 dry ingredients.
    Gradually stir in skimmed milk.
    Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring, until pudding is thick and boiling.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour in serving dishes and chill.
    Makes 4 servings.
