Pasta And Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can vegetable soup
1 soup can water
1 can white kidney bean
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. uncooked pasta (small shell)
1 lb. ground meat
Preparation

In 4-quart dish over medium heat, cook meat until brown.
Add onion, carrot and garlic.
Cook until vegetables are tender, stirring.
Stir in soup, water and beans with their liquid.
Mix thyme, bay leaf and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in pasta.
Cook about 12 minutes more. Discard bay leaf.
