Sauteed Crab Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crabmeat (backfin)
    6 oz. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. green pepper, minced
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Old Bay
    1 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation
    Remove
    cartilage from crabmeat.
    Melt butter in saucepan; saute
    garlic
    and green pepper until peppers are tender but not brown.
    Add parsley, salt, pepper, Old Bay and brandy. Gently toss
    in
    crabmeat;
    saute
    slowly
    until
    crabmeat is heated,
    5 to 8 minutes.
    Serve on platter with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
