Ambrosia(Low-Fat, Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) pineapple, peeled, cored and cut in bites
    6 naval oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shredded coconut
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix fruit and sugar in a large bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.
    Shortly before serving, sprinkle with coconut and cherries.
    Serves 12.
