"Souper" Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup or celery
    1 soup can water
    1 c. regular rice (raw)
    1 frying chicken, cut up and skinned
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. (1 envelope) onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine soups, water and rice in pan.
    Lay chicken on top; season and sprinkle with dry soup mix.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours until chicken is done and rice has absorbed most of liquid.
