Reduced Fat Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 eggs whites or 1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or oatmeal
    1 tsp. polyunsaturated margarine (for sauteing)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Make meatballs the size of large walnuts.
    Saute in margarine or bake in 325\u00b0 oven until cooked through.
    Serve with rice, noodles or pasta.
    Makes 6 servings.
