Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 to 4 yellow and/or zucchini squash
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) canister Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Slice onion and squash; steam together for 5 to 8 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients, except stuffing.
    Spread half of stuffing on bottom of a casserole dish.
    Add squash mixture on top.
    Spread remaining stuffing on top of squash.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
