Health Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) head cabbage or 6 c., shredded
    2 medium carrots, shredded (1 1/4 lb.)
    1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar or equivalent sweetener
    1/4 c. corn oil (12 Tbsp.)
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots, pepper and onion. Mix together vinegar, sugar, oil, celery seed and garlic salt. Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover; marinate in refrigerator overnight. Makes about 7 cups.
