Turkey-Vegetable Saute(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/2 lb. turkey breast, cut into 2 x 1/2-inch strips
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. peeled, grated ginger root
    1/8 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. fresh bean sprouts
    1/2 c. coarsely shredded carrot
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Coat a wok or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add turkey; saute 5 minutes. Add mustard and next 5 ingredients; saute 30 seconds.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook an additional minute, stirring constantly.
    Serve warm.
