Ikrah (Ee-Krah)(Russian Origin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    3 tomatoes
    6 green onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    This is a spicy mixture that can be used as either a sauce or a dip.
    Bake eggplant 1 hour at 350\u00b0, then slit skin on one side to drain while cooking.
    Peel cooked eggplant, skin the tomatoes, then chop very fine the eggplant, tomatoes and onions.
    Mix them all together along with other ingredients.
    May be served warm as a sauce or chilled as a Fritos dip.
