Icebox Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 c. cold milk
    2 c. Cool Whip or whipped topping
    1 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
    48 graham cracker squares
Preparation
    Mix pudding and milk according to package.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Fold in whipped topping or Cool Whip and chocolate chips. Place 24 graham crackers on baking sheet.
    Top each with 3 tablespoons of filling.
    Place another graham on top of them. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
    Wrap individual in plastic wrap and freeze.
    Makes 2 dozen.
