Arroz Con Pollo(Chicken With Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. liquid (part chicken broth)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 chicken, cooked, boned and chopped
    1 can peas, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 scant tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Cook together in saucepan, rice, broth and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Turn heat way down and simmer 14 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Let sit 10 minutes.
    Add chicken, peas, onion and curry powder.
    Stir well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    May top with grated cheese.
