Honey Of A Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. stone-ground cornmeal
1 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. low-sodium baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 egg whites
2/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In another bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not overmix.
