Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. water
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple (crushed)
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water. Bring to boil the pineapple, sugar and lemon juice. Add gelatin and let cool. Then add cheese and whipped cream. Mix together and let jell.
