Baked Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen flounder fillets
    juice of 1 lemon
    seasoned salt to taste
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Thaw fish fillets enough to separate.
    Arrange in baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice and seasoned salt.
    Combine soup and milk in bowl; mix well.
    Spread over fish.
    Sprinkle with stuffing mix and cheese; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
