Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1/2 c. ketchup
1 diced sweet pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Cook ground beef and chopped onion in small amount of fat in a heavy skillet.
Cook very slowly until the meat turns white. Drain off accumulated fat.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Put into a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
