Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sauerkraut
1/2 c. 1000 Island dressing
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
4 large slices rye bread
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and pour over rye bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with Swiss cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
Serve with mustard.
