Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with water
    10 to 12 crackers
    1 tsp. salt
    Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut broccoli and cauliflower in bite-size pieces.
    Blanch (cook briefly); drain and add salt.
    Mix them with the diluted soup, crushed crackers and cheese and turn into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until the vegetables are tender.
