Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt margarine, then blend with brown sugar.
    Beat in eggs. Add flour, soda and salt.
    Mix in vanilla.
    Stir in chips and nuts.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
