Garlic Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cooked
    1/2 lb. medium shrimp, cooked
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bunch romaine lettuce (or other lettuce, if preferred)
    2 large tomatoes, cut into 8ths
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
Preparation
    Cook green beans about 6 minutes until tender but crisp. Drain well and chill.
    If chicken has skin on it, remove and then cut meat into bite-size pieces.
    Set aside and chill.
    Shell and devein shrimp; chill.
