Crock-Pot Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large or 8 medium green peppers
1 lb. ground lean beef
1/3 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Cut tops off of peppers.
Remove stems and set tops aside to use later.
Clean out peppers.
Brown ground beef and remove grease.
Add onion, celery, rice, milk, egg, salt, pepper and chili powder to ground meat and mix well.
Stuff peppers with mixture.
In pot, combine tomato soup and water.
Place pepper tops in bottom of pot and set stuffed peppers on top of them to prevent peppers from spilling.
Cover and simmer on high for 2 hours.
Spoon sauce over peppers when serving.
