Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. allspice
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix together flour and allspice.
Mix liquid mixture to dry mixture.
Batter will be stiff.
Fold in apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
