Wiener Bean Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb. each) cans pork and beans
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 lb. wieners (8 to 10), cut in thirds
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
-
In 2-quart casserole, stir together beans, onions, ketchup, water, brown sugar and mustard.
Add wieners, pushing pieces below surface of beans to prevent overcooking.
Cover.
Microwave at High 11 to 13 minutes.
Stir before and serve.
