Walter'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
Preparation
    Mince onion and garlic; cook in oil until brown, then add turkey and brown.
    Combine all remaining ingredients, except beans, with turkey; cook over low heat for 3 hours.
    Add kidney beans 5 minutes before serving.
