Easy Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    Egg-substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
Preparation
    In a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, saute green pepper and garlic until pepper is crisp-tender. Add egg substitute; cook and stir until egg is completely set. Chop egg into small pieces. Add rice and soy sauce; heat through.
