Best Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sweet potato
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick oleo (soft)
2 eggs
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Cook until tender.
Drain well.
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
