Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb (no water)
    2 c. sugar
    1 large box strawberry gelatin
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    nuts
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb (no water).
    Add sugar and strawberry gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
    Add lemon juice and cold water.
    Let set until slightly thickened.
    Add diced celery, crushed pineapple and nuts.
