Scalloped Potatoes In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, pared thick
1 medium onion, sliced thin
flour for thickening
pepper
salt
1/4 lb. cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Layer potatoes, salt, pepper, onion and cheese.
Sprinkle flour over each layer.
Pour milk over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are done, but not mushy.
