Rancho Grande - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large can hot chili beans
    1 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    2 cans tamales, sliced
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Add tomato sauce, instant rice and chili beans.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Place sliced tamales on top.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
