Piccadilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small bottle green olives, halved
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
    Add the onions, green pepper, garlic, tomato paste, tomatoes, salt and pepper and cover. Simmer for at least 1 hour, adding water if necessary.
    Serve over rice.
    You can also serve fried plantains, green bananas, as an accompaniment.
