Spicy Tomato-Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled, cored, seeded and chopped or 1 can (large) low-salt tomatoes, chopped (with juice)
    1 tsp. basil (dried), crumbled
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
    3 c. water
    1/2 lb. cod or haddock, cut into bite size pieces
    shrimp, cleaned
    crab meat
Preparation
    Heat the olive oil over moderate heat; add the garlic, tomatoes, basil, oregano, cayenne pepper and wine.
    Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Add the water. Cover and bring to a simmer, about 3 minutes.
    Mix in the cod and shrimp and cook, uncovered, about 5 minutes longer.
    Ladle into bowls and add a tablespoon or two of fresh crab meat.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
