My Friend Kitty'S Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped small
8 slices bread (thick, white), cut in cubes (no crust)
1 small can evaporated milk
1 onion, chopped fine
Tabasco to taste
2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Progresso bread crumbs
parsley
paprika

Preparation

Saute onion in a small amount of butter or oil.
Mix all of the ingredients together, except bread crumbs, parsley and paprika.
Pour into a casserole and top with the bread crumbs, parsley and paprika.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let sit 30 minutes after baking before serving.
