Black-Eyed Pea Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion
    1 c. Korn-Kit
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. cream-style corn
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Mix Korn-Kit, oil, eggs, buttermilk, corn, chilies, peas and cheese.
    Add meat.
    Pour into greased 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Serve with salad.
