Fresh Broccoli And Pasta Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    grated peel and juice of 1 lemon, separated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 lb. broccoli, separated into florets, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. spiral macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter with bouillon until tender.
    Remove from heat; stir in flour.
    Gradually blend in water and lemon juice.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened. Blend in sour cream. Stir in broccoli and macaroni and lemon peel; heat until steaming.
    Makes 4 servings (5 1/2 cups).
