Cottage Cheese Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. small curd cottage cheese
    4 c. flour
    1 lb. oleo
    any kind jelly or preserves
    powdered sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. minced nuts
Preparation
    Cream oleo.
    Add cottage cheese and flour.
    Mix until holds together like pastry.
    Make into 1 to 2-inch balls.
    Roll out in powdered sugar.
    Spread any kind of preserves or jelly on pastry. Roll up; dip in egg whites, then nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
