Rice And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper
    1 can chicken soup
    1/2 lb. rice
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    cooking oil or margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, pepper and mushrooms until lightly browned.
    Brown rice separately.
    Add chicken soup to rice and dilute it as directed on soup can and cook until rice is done. Combine all ingredients in covered casserole and bake in low oven (about 200\u00b0) for 2 hours.
