Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with 1/2 can water
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with 1/2 can water added
    bacon strips
Preparation
    Arrange the ingredients in layers in order given.
    Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Bake for 15 minutes more.
