Egg Dish For A Large Group - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 to 18 slices white bread, cubed
    3/4 lb. butter
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 doz. eggs
    4 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Put bread cubes in pan.
    Melt butter and cheese in double boiler.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Add extra ingredients at this point.
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Pour over bread. Let stand in refrigerator at least 20 to 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    May be served hot or cold and can also be reheated.
