Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put 3/4 cup granulated sugar in iron skillet on low heat. Cook until sugar is melted and browned.
    Add sugar and flour together, then add enough milk to wet the sugar mixture.
    Add well beaten egg yolks, then the remaining milk.
    Add salt and browned sugar.
    Cook in saucepan until mixture is thick.
    Add vanilla and butter, then pour into pre-cooked pie shell.
