Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Place in flat casserole (not a deep casserole).
Store in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
